CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wipe down with a warm soapy cloth
- Uses AAA battery

-Don't leave the thermometer inserted in the food during cooking
-Remove the battery if stored for more than four months
-Don't subject the unit to excessive force, shock, dust, temperature or humidity

-Don't remove any screws
