General Website Questions
If you'd like an overview of what we have available on GoShopping, you can browse the Home Page where the currently popular collections are shown. All our brands are also listed under the “Browse Exclusive Brands” menu, and you can find more options there.
If you know which specific product you’re looking for, you can enter the product name (or even just a part of it) in the Search Bar, located at the top of every page. As you type, suggestions will pop up and you can choose as it appears. Alternatively, you can press “enter” or click the arrow at the bottom to be shown more results.
If you can’t find what you are looking for, please reach out to us on any of our contact channels (please see “How can I contact GoShopping?”). New stock might be arriving soon! We will investigate and see if it’s possible to find what you are looking for. We might even add a new product range to the store if it’s not available yet!
Yes! We offer GoShopping Gift Cards at a variety of values. You can visit the Gift Cards page, choose your desired value, and simply add it to your cart. Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive a digital gift card with a unique discount code. This can then be redeemed in-store at any time. There are no additional charges involved, the value you pay is what you will receive.

Payments, Accounts, and Fees
We have a selection of reliable, flexible, and user-friendly payment methods available.
PayFast is the payment gateway that enables credit card purchases via VISA and Mastercard, as well as PayFast Instant EFT, Mobicred, and Zapper payment options.
PayJustNow offers you the chance to pay off your product in 3 interest-free instalments over 3 months. You will still receive your product(s) immediately!
With PayFlex you can split your payments into 4 interest-free instalments, and you also still receive your product(s) immediately! PayFlex also offers standard credit card payments.
You don’t need to create an account with GoShopping to order. You can complete all the checkout steps without creating an account, and GoShopping will not store your info.
We do encourage you to create an account, as you will be able to log in, see your order history, and will have better product recommendations according to your previous purchases. You can also sign up for our newsletter at the bottom of the site or at checkout to be notified of specials and competitions.
A delivery fee is added depending on the total weight of your ordered items. You will see the final delivery fee added after you have selected your shipping option at checkout.
Orders of more than R2500.00 have FREE DELIVERY!

Standard Delivery: 10kg – 20kg R190.00
Standard Delivery: 20kg - 30kg R300.00
Standard Delivery: 30kg - 40kg R400.00

Standard Delivery: 50kg - 60kg R700.00
Standard Delivery: >60kg R1000.00
All rates are subject to change. Although we strive to keep the fees standardized, certain items are classed as exceptions and might have individually set delivery fees.
Shipment and Delivery
All GoShopping orders are delivered by courier, straight to your door. We only make use of courier partners that operate at the very highest standard, ensuring that you receive your package in perfect condition.
We deliver all over South Africa! Wherever you might be, we’ve got you covered
We endeavour to have your package delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. The standard estimated delivery time on all orders is between 3 and 5 business days. Depending on your delivery address, this timeframe might change slightly – if it does, we will inform you accordingly.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will arrange for the courier to collect your product from the warehouse. As soon as this is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number with a link to track your order.
